The mindset training and the character courses are for the kids to go through. But we find it very valuable for the parent and the kids to go through the courses so that the parent can help the kids stay accountable and reach their goals.
The facebook community is for the parents only, but the kids are welcome to join the live sessions and to have access to all of the content in the group if the parent wishes so.
There will be numerous courses added as time moves on, such as diet and nutrition that will be beneficial to both the parents and the kids.
