U15 Spring Development Program

U15 Development Program (2011 & 2010 Born)

The U15 Spring hockey program by Up My Hockey is designed for Rep level hockey players who want to take their game to the next level.

The program emphasis is strictly on individual player development.

The U15 age group is at a developmental stage where players should be trying to add size, strength, speed and expand their overall skill set.

This happens with the right practices, with the right workouts and with the right coaching.

Other programs at this age will sacrifice practice time and workouts for team strategy and tournament time, sabotaging player development.

UMH also believes the healthiest development program allows hockey players to pursue other activities like baseball, soccer, golf and lacrosse! That is why we leave the weekends free – active recovery is the best recovery.

Better athletes are better hockey players!

Contact campFive hours dedicated exclusively to contact progressions!

Learn how to use speed, weight transfer, angles, deception and edges to initiate OR avoid contact.

Small bodies and big bodies will play the game differently, but both types of players need to be confident with contact concepts.

We build progressions throughout the week to finish with a controlled scrimmage.
