Spring Hockey Teams.

Up My Hockey is a robust program for COMPETITIVE and SKILLED hockey players, who want to receive great coaching and development.

Up My Hockey believes that spring hockey should place emphasis on individual development as well as team competition and team structure. We also believe that hockey players should be baseball players, soccer players, golfers and lacrosse players! It is this philosophy that guides the programming of our spring hockey schedule.

Ex-NHL player, former 2nd round draft pick and current high-performance mindset coach. Lead instructor and founder of Up My Hockey.

7-8 week program
3 tournament max
No practices on the weekends
Limited exhibition games
3 practices per week - one individual skills focused, one team session with small area compete, and one 3 on 3 practice
2 gym sessions per week with the professionals at the Training House

Wednesday Breakfast Club Skills Sessions

A 6 session program specifically designed to become a better skater. Edges and striding will be the focus of this program. If you can’t skate, you simply can’t play. Increase balance, agility, and speed in 6 weeks!
