Wouldn’t it be fantastic to have a recipe for greatness?

A recipe personalized for every member of your organization...

team.

Jason has stood in many dressing rooms and asked the players– “do you want to be great?” A resounding “YES!” always follows. Yet, when asked “How do you become great?”, the room goes quiet.

recipe for greatness.

Being great depends on human traits, the intangibles of mindset and how efficient we are at developing them.

Just like how players learn to skate and shoot, players also need to learn HOW to be GREAT. It’s a skill that Jason calls “conscious competence”.

For players, understanding how to fulfill their potential is often a secret.

Being our best is an immaculate cumulation of our thoughts, words and actions being aligned with our goals and dreams. It requires a belief system that supports growth, possibility, patience and accountability.

Mental toughness and resiliency are traits that separate elite athletes from the rest of the pack.  The same can be said for leaders in any area of business or even parenting.  Jason has shown a passion for coaching kids and I have had the pleasure to coach with him.  The determination he showed as a player has now carried over to his coaching style.

What You Can Control

High-performing athletes KNOW how to be their best. They know how to prepare their body and mind to compete at the highest level. They have developed the skill to focus on what they can control. In this session package, Jason introduces athlete’s to the concept of “Conscious Competence”.

Being your best doesn’t happen by accident. It is an individual process and many athletes don’t know where to start. Jason supports your players to develop their own personal recipe for greatness, by digging into what they CAN CONTROL prior to competition or practice.

Players will be left with actionable concepts to follow through with. The results, both the successes and failures will be coached by Jason in the second session.

Mindset 101

The mental game starts with the ability to focus – in the present and over the long haul. Athletes who can guide their attention in the moment and stay true to their goals have an advantage.

Our belief systems matter, but players rarely investigate them. Jason shares his CORE FOUR belief system to empower players to overcome any adversity and thrive in the face of challenge.

In this interactive session participants will use Jason’s Mind Map to see the connection between an event and how they respond to it. Players are encouraged to reflect on past experiences and apply the new perspectives to the week ahead.

In session 2 Jason uses first person stories and personal experiences to dive deeper into concept and coaches players through their own experiences.

Mindset 102

Athletes who believe there is more to accomplish, more skills to improve, and higher standards to embrace, take more powerful actions than those who don’t.

In this 2 session package participants learn about a growth mindset, how to use it, and how it will help them improve faster than their competition.

Key teaching topics include, growth mindset vs. fixed mindset, standards vs. expectations, and the concept of deliberate practice!

Participants will leave this session evaluating their personal mindset and exploring how much more they can give and how much more they can grow!

Mindset 103

Accountable athletes are successful athletes.

Today’s athletes are products of their environment, and often their environment is manufactured. A manufactured environment is like a tiger living in the zoo – there is no accountability for the tiger.

Accountability is a decision to take full responsibility for your dreams. In this package, participants are empowered to take ownership of their destiny. Athletes learn how to align their thoughts, words and actions, with their goals and dreams.
