Up My Hockey’s summer camps with Jason Podollan are designed to elevate your game and help your player dominate the ice in the upcoming 2025/2026 season!

Designed specifically to prepare players for development tryouts, our camps offer a comprehensive training experience led by former NHL player Jason Podollan.

With a focus on skill development, competitive small area game play, and mental fitness participants will sharpen their hockey skills and gain the confidence needed to excel in tryouts and start the year off right!

UMH 2025 Summer Camp

This program is for competitive level players only.
3 senior coaches on the ice for all practices.
2-3 goalies per group. Goalie Instruction on Tuesdays.
All age groups will skate Tuesday and Thursday afternoons/evenings and Sunday evenings.
Tuesday is skill development mixed with some position specific attention.
Thursday is compete and conditioning.
Sunday is small area games and scrimmages.
For U11, U13 and U15 age groups.
5 Weeks - July 27 to Aug 28

$900 + GST

UMHSL Up My Hockey Summer League 2025

u15 rep stream players (2011 and 2012 born players)
3 on 3 full-ice game action!
8 games over 4 weeks.
July 28 to August 20
Game days would be Monday and Wednesday evenings in Vernon. 6:30 and 7:45 start times.
4 teams, 9 players per team + one goalie (keep pace up and allow for absenteeism).
1 ref and stats are kept
$385 + GST
