up my hockey has 2 foundational membership programs. These memberships are primarily for parents of athletes, however much of the content within the membership will be for parents as well as the athlete.
Within each level of membership, you will get access to personal trainings, the top interactive hockey parent network in the world, a chance to ask some of the industries top experts direct questions, various workshops, expert interviews and much more.

Jason will host live training sessions with your athletes. With the current restrictions, these will be hosted online through zoom or a similar platform.
Workshops will be interactive, engaging and involve topics designed to build confidence, character, mindset and other crucial elements to hockey and life.
course package - at your own pace
Each member of your team will receive personal access to the course. Whether that being the mindset master series, the building championship character, or both, the choice is yours.
Your team then decides the pace in which each member goes through the course and how to utilize it to best meet your needs.

This is the interactive approach to the course programs. Your players will each receive their own logins where they can go through the programs at their own pace.
However, there will also be a set number of live calls with Jason where he will walk through various topics and ask questions with the athletes.
